We are committed helping you get your loan closed as quickly as possible while maintaining contact with all parties involved through out the entire transaction. We will be there to guide you from start to finish. To get started here are the basic document you should have ready to provide:
- Last 30 Days paycheck stubs for all borrowers (if applicable)
- Last 2 years W-2's for all borrowers (if applicable)
- Last 2 years tax returns (if Self Employed) for all borrowers. Including all forms schedules.
- Last 2 months bank statements (savings and checking). All the pages please.
- Last 401K and or any other retirement account statements. All the pages please.
- Copy of Bankruptcy discharge papers (if applicable)
- Explanation Letter (for late payments, collections, etc.)
- Copy of Drivers License and Social Security card for all borrowers.
- Copy of Purchase Agreement. We will generally receive this from your Realtor
- Copy of all Pension Statements, "Award" Letter, etc. (if applicable)
- Copy of Social Security Annual "Award" Letter, Statement, etc. (if applicable)
- Copy of Divorce decree, including all pages (if applicable)
